Who are you?

An experiment. For the next two minutes write down or speak out loud the answer to a simple question. Who are you?

If you do as I once did, then you answer this with a personal statement or history. Maybe some facts and figures. Family and friends. Job. Where you have been and what you are doing now.

All of these images are important in who you have become. There is no doubt. But they are not who you are in this moment. Right now.

So what makes you who you are? Are you a finished article or an empty canvass waiting to be filled by an inspired hand?

Why does this even matter? What I discovered was quite profound and led me to strive for greater enjoyment and fulfilment every day.
